Accounts and office Admin

Job Overview:
The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing support to various departments within the organization. They are responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Maintain and update files, records, and databases.
Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and documents.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Financial and Billing Support:
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Process and reconcile expenses and receipts.
Monitor office budget and expenditures.
Well known about tally.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.

General Supervisor for construction projects

Job Responsibilties:

  • Developing project plans and schedules, including timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinating with project stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Managing day-to-day activities on the construction site.
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of subcontractors and laborers.
  • Enforcing site rules and safety protocols.
  • Resolving disputes, conflicts, and issues that may arise during construction.
  • Adapting to changes and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Coordinating project completion, including final inspections and testing.
  • Overseeing the handover of the project to the client, including all required documentation and training
Qualifications:

  • 15 years experience in the same field.
  • valid liense
